Fruity Kale Smoothie

Hi Lovelies!

Hope you are all having a great Saturday so far. I have been up since 6am :o/ Had an early morning shift at the hospital, then took 2 buses home then again took 2 buses to go to Fort Kinniard, which is a shopping centre place in Edinburgh. Luckily in the morning I whizzed up some smoothie which fuelled me up till lunch time! Wanna learn this simple, sweet and healthy recipe..?? Lets get started.


  • Handful of Kale
  • Half a banana chopped
  • Handful of Strawberries
  • Half an apple sliced
  • Quarter of a lemon
  • Teaspoon of Chia Seeds
  • 2 glasses of water


And obviously a blender to blend it all up ;o)







Put everything in a blender and whizz away! Remember you can swap any of the fruits for a fruit of your preference and increase or decrease the quantity :o)
